John RIMELL

2 November 1720

In the name of God Amen

I John Rimell of Corsley in the county of Wilts being in good health and of sound memory do make my last Will & Testament as followeth (that is to say) I give to my son Robert Rimell the sum of one hundred pounds to be paid unto him by my Executor within five years after my death in manner following (that is to say) Twenty pounds yearly and every year from my death until the said sum of one hundred pounds shall be paid.

Item I give to my grandchildren Mary, Elizabeth and Robert son and daughters of Robert Hopkins of Chapmanslade in the said county of Wilts ten shillings apiece.

Item I give to my daughter Sarah all my household goods and my stock of cattle being the confirmation of what I have given her many years since.

Item I give to my daughter Mollior ten shillings to be paid unto her within six months after my death.

Item I give my son John Rymell my Copyhold Tenement or Mill in Corsely aforesaid with its appurtenances for all the lives I have thereon

Item all the rest of my goods chattels and personal estate whatsoever not hereinbefore given I give and bequeath unto my son William RIMELL whom I make Sole Executor of this my last will and testament

In witness whereof the said John Rimell to this my last will and testament have set my hand and seal the Seven and Twentieth day of May in the fifth year of the reign of our sovereign Lord George by the grace of God King of Great Britain France and Ireland defender of the faith of Anno John 1719 John Rimell signed sealed and published and declared by the said John Rimell as and for his last will and testament in the presence of us witnesses who in the Testator's presence have hereunto set their hands Ja Windham, Wm Whitchurch, John Daniell.
